2025 SA DIVING RULES
"The World Aquatics Diving World Cup is introducing a new format for the individual events, which includes 3m Springboard and 10m Platform for both men and women. The Super Final format will see the start list based on the rankings from the first two stops, with seedings used to pair head-to-head matchups. Additionally, there are changes to the competition regulations to balance difficulty and artistic scores, stricter penalties for errors, and the introduction of video-assisted review."
